INSPIRING SPEAKER

For Companies and Institutions

After an engineering degree from AgroParisTech, Franck Vogel works as a photojournalist on environmental, climate and water issues for the international press (GEO, Paris Match, Stern, Bloomberg ...). He also gives inspiring talks for companies or institutions (Pictet, Unesco, Credit Agricole, ESSEC, COP22, Columbia University ...) on Water, Environment, Geopolitics, Impact, or on how companies can Adapt to Change with the example of the Bishnois of India, who became environmentalists in the 15th century to survive a local climate change. He talks also about Joy and Creativity and is a member of the French Explorers' Society.

"As Jacques Cousteau’s successor at the French Academy, I was deeply touched by Franck Vogel’s photographs and his wonderful book on Transboundary Rivers. Besides his committed work, he is a great storyteller and knows how to engage with his audience." - Erik Orsenna, Académie Française.

"With Franck, the pictures and the speech combine effectively to better captivate the audience. He awakens us by revealing the tragic destiny of great rivers, and sends us back to our deepest contradictions." - Hervé Thiard, director France & Belux, Pictet Asset Management
